GroupFunctional® represents the new frontier of functional group training. The concept was designed not to be strictly tied to music but to use music as a background or as a purely motivational element. 2 are the expected concepts:

GroupFunctional® Body Weight

It is an innovative course in which 3 workout organizations will be presented:

Tabata Interval Training . By now the most popular interval training method in fitness will be adaptable to different levels.

  High Intensity – Active Recovery Interval Training (40 “of work and 20” of recovery) x 4.

  Each work interval is occupied by 2 gestures, 1 at very high intensity and 1 at medium intensity.

  Drop Set Circuit Training . Each circuit is carried out with 4/6 exercises which are ordered from the most intense to the least intense. When the circuit is repeated the most intense exercise of the previous lap is not repeated.

  At the end of this meeting the participant will have acquired the ability to create, modulate and teach these 3 training methods. He will be able to present the exercises effectively. In addition, it will be able to modify each individual exercise by adapting it to the different types of customer through progressions and regressions.

  GroupFunctional® with tools

  GroupFunctional® with tools provides for the use of: kettlebells, steps, discs / barbells, dumbbells.

  This course focuses on a mix between training aimed at muscle conditioning and high intensity training through circuits that combine toning and cardiovascular conditioning.

  This path is divided into:

  1. A guide on how to direct students to achieve stability so they can move more economically and safely.
  2. The presentation of the method “ 3×3 metabolic circuit training “. 3 exercises, 3 variations for each exercise. The circuit can be interpreted in 2 different ways: from “left to right” and from “top to bottom”.
  3. The presentation of the “ Twist and Turn ” – a lesson based on twists. The body recognizes a movement not a muscle (Beevor’s law). Sporting gestures, environmental changes and balance challenges are the basis for this workout.
  4. The presentation of the T.C. (Cross Training Challenge) speed based high intensity training. The mini-circuits in this lesson will be organized like this: Push-Pull. Seated-Standing. Stop-Start. Blow-Cadi.
     
     At the end of this meeting the instructor will be aware of 3 different training concepts through which you can organize a functional training with tools. You will know how to teach any exercise by training students in total safety. In addition, you will go home with a baggage of more than 40 functional exercises.

     None but it is recommended to have participated in music Fitness lessons and to have basic notions of training methodology.

     IBFF® Instructors: € 270.40 within 15 days. before the course start date, after this date the fee will be increased by 20 €.

     External instructors: € 291.2 within 15 days. before the course start date, after this date the fee will be increased by 20 €.

     2 € must be added to be delivered by hand for the revenue stamp for the invoice.
